Our Approach

Our Team
Originally from Germany, Tobias has 25+ years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience covering both the private and public sector. He has worked previously in McKinsey & Company, AFRY/Poyry and SYSTEMIQ, which includes 20 years in Malaysia and the ASEAN region. He hence considers himself for all intents and purposes "half Malaysian" 😊, and is passionate about making Malaysia more sustainable for his three children.
