LASAJU is a HRDC certified training provider, with experienced, accredited trainers who are knowledgeable about sustainability and especially specialised in Environmental topics. We focus on delivering hands-on, interactive workshops sessions tailored to specific audiences.

HRDF Claimable Workshops
We have pre-registered several HRDF claimable workshops for the above focus areas that vary based on duration (1 half-day; 2 half-days; 1 full day), depth of content, site excursions, etc.
For any workshop Lasaju runs, we strive to make it:
- Engaging - Interaction from participants is mandatory 😊 with breakout groups, hands on activities, problem solving sessions, questions with prizes, etc.
- Relevant - We always focus on how the topic relates to you, both personally and for your company. We do this by using real life examples, industry benchmarks, props, etc.
- Open - We foster psychological safety to ensure that all participants feel welcome to contribute and share their perspectives without judgement
- Actionable - You will leave the workshop with clear ideas about how to move forward in your ESG journey to make real, tangible impact as fast as possible! 💪
Other engagements
Capacity building plays a huge role in every long-term project we take on regardless of topic. We always want to leave the working team and upper management of the client with increased knowledge, confidence and direction to move forward without us! We also upskill other stakeholders in and out of the organisation such that it is easy to gather data, implement on-ground initiatives, etc.
