We partnered with Nestlé Malaysia to design and implement community-based recycling initiatives across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Kulim.

 

Our key effort is a door-to-door recycling collection program, where residents only need to place their recyclables in front of their homes according to a fixed schedule. This makes recycling convenient and accessible for households while ensuring high participation rates.

GlassLoop is demonstrating how to 'close the loop' on post-consumer glass in Malaysia. 

 

We develop cost-effective glass recycling approaches by working with existing waste management systems and improving them with international best practices. We engage with the full value chain, including established recycling companies, glass packaging users in the F&B industry, government entities and consumers.
